posting a comment to a blog entry on the Website, based on the User's voluntary consent (posting a comment by the User in the appropriate form for publishing comments and selecting the appropriate checkbox means consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose) - the legal basis for processing is the User's voluntary consent which may be withdrawn at any time (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

The scope of the collected data depends on how you contact me. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to contact/send an inquiry and provide an answer.

Personal data processed in connection with the subscription to the Newsletter will be processed by me for the period of operation of the Newsletter or until you withdraw your consent. The data of persons who have unsubscribed from the Newsletter will then be processed in order to defend against any claims related to the sending of the Newsletter, in particular for the purpose of demonstrating the consent to receive the Newsletter and the moment of its withdrawal.

Personal data processed in connection with contact with me, i.e. receiving and handling applications and inquiries addressed to me via e-mail, telephone, other means of distance communication (e.g. via social networking sites) will be processed by me for the time necessary to handling the application/inquiry, and then for the archiving period to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts in the future, if archiving is justified due to my legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
Personal data processed in connection with "liking" or "following" my fanpage or account on a social networking site (e.g. Facebook) and personal data that you provide to me in a different way on a social networking site (if, for example, you add a comment, post , opinion, you will interact with my content, etc.) will be processed by me for the duration of the fan page or social network account. At any time, you can unclick the "Like", "Follow" option, delete a comment, post, opinion or other interactions, in the manner provided for in the regulations of a given portal. The rules relating to the page/fanpage are set by me as the Personal Data Administrator, and the rules for using a given social networking site are set by the administrator of this portal and result from its regulations and privacy policy. You can delete your data from social networks in accordance with the regulations of a given portal.
Personal data processed in connection with the determination, investigation or defense against claims will be processed by me until the expiry of the limitation period.
Personal data processed in connection with the performance of my legal obligations, including the implementation of legal requirements for keeping records of data processing activities and records resulting from the GDPR, will be processed by me for the time required by law.

hosting provider - Brizy Cloud (ProWebGroup OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn, 15551 Estonia) - in the scope of data collected on the server, including the mailbox server and domain service;
Newsletter sending system provider - MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", J. Basanavičiaus 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania) - in the scope of data collected in the system used to send the Newsletter;
subcontractors who provide technical and IT support (e.g. people operating infrastructure or IT systems), other subcontractors who gain access to your data, if such access is necessary.
At the same time, I inform you that the transfer of data by me takes place on the basis of concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data and these entities guarantee appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
If necessary and if required by applicable law, your personal data may be made available to competent public authorities (courts, prosecutor's office, police).
9. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

I do not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization. However, I use various services, tools and technologies that are offered by companies based outside the European Union (e.g. Facebook, Google). As part of using the tools provided by these entities that may collect anonymous data about you, your data may be stored on servers located in third countries outside the EEA. However, the providers of these services guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection through the compliance mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, in particular by joining the Privacy Shield program or using standard contractual clauses.
